We will process a refund if your order contained damaged or incorrect items. We apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of goods available on our website. To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
- The returned items must be unworn or otherwise unused in the original packets.
- We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind
Please note that mask colors depicted on the website may vary slightly to the actual mask due to differing screen tones represented on some personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Xaza accepts no responsibility for these variances and refunds will not be given for such differences.
Our packs contain the absolute best possible products available to us at any one time. However, availabilities change and the exact products in our packs are also subject to change. Therefore, the products depicted on our website may vary from time to time and Xaza accepts no responsibility for these variances. Refunds will not be issued for such differences.
A request to exchange goods will be processed once the item is returned and it is confirmed that conditions 1-3 (above) have been met. If any of the above conditions are not met, Xaza, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return.
